Boarding Policies

All guests are checked for fleas and must be flea free. If necessary, we reserve the right to treat the pet for fleas at the owner's expense.

What to Bring

Feel free to bring your pet's old bed, blanket, and toys. Make sure they are labeled, washable, and expendable.

Daily Routine

Our staff greets your pet every morning and 7am and breakfast is served shortly after. We serve Science Diet as our normal diet but many of our clients choose to provide their dogs' own food which we will serve. After breakfast every pet is taken out for their morning exercise, some one-on-one time with our staff and then returned to a fully cleansed and sanitized run. We serve dinner at 5pm, followed by evening exercise, dessert and even a bed time story if you wish!

Resort Accommodations for Exotics

We welcome avian and exotic pets to our boarding facility. Our doctors are well versed in caring for exotic pets and what better place to board your exotic pet than with our staff enjoys caring for them. Our boarding facility welcomes; ferrets, birds, reptiles, rabbits, and guinea pigs.

Special Care for Exotics

Because of their fragile nature, all of our exotics need to have a current exam by one of our veterinarians before boarding. Our clients are encouraged to bring in their own housing, bedding, food, and food dishes. We find this minimizes stress on our exotic guests. Our staff monitors exotic guests and provides regular updates to our doctors, making sure they are eating, maintaining regular elimination, and their attitudes are bright and alert.
